What are AI call credits?
AI credits are used when WorkAffina runs phone screens with shortlisted candidates. Each phone screen uses credits based on call duration. Your credits reset monthly, whether you're on the monthly or annual plan.
Do you offer a free trial?
For best experience and security, we do not offer open free trials. Instead, your first 14 days are risk-free. If you use fewer than 150 AI call credits and decide WorkAffina is not the right fit, we’ll refund your first full payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
